About the event
We will be meeting every Friday from 6 - 7:30 PM
* Please bring a yoga mat/foldable cloth for warm-up and cool-down sessions.
* Carry a water bottle
* Get ready to get your hands and feet dirty. We will be fully embracing the earth through Kalari practice.
*Just so you know – the park sessions are weather-dependent and there could be last minute changes if it's absolutely possible to run sessions
